Shorts on WB DVDs
This is an alphabetical list of shorts found on Warner Bros. DVDs. In compiling this list, I have included the short’s name first with a link to the IMDB page for the short (if one exists). I have also used the IMDB to find the director and year of the short, if available. Finally, I have included the movie on which the short serves as a supplement, with a link to the Amazon page of the title. If the DVD was not released individually then I’ve listed the set where it can be found and an Amazon link.
Often, these shorts are part of a series such as the “Celluloid Romance” or “Crime Doesn’t Pay” shorts. While I’ve omitted any indication of a short as part of a series (with the exception of the FitzPatrick Traveltalks), I have cited certain performers or characters such as Robert Benchley, Pete Smith, and Joe McDoakes who appear in a particular short. I’ve also mentioned if a short was nominated for or won an Academy Award. Any corrections or additions are welcomed. I have also created a separate page for animated shorts.
